No7 High Shine Lip Crayons

I've recently tried the new No7 High Shine Lip Crayons as those vouchers were once again flying around of which I couldn't resist having a peak at what No7 currently have to offer. Lip crayons have been floating around for what seems like forever with so many brands producing their own versions I was somewhat sceptical at what No7 had to offer, however, I have to admit I'm rather sold on them.

The No7 High Shine Lip Crayons retail at £9; however with £3 off voucher this makes them a rather attractive £6, an added buy one get one half price offer is also welcome. I've three colours in these out of the five that are available, for me that is the only downside to these as there is a whole heap of shades that are missing. However, the three I have here are beautiful with left to right being 'Delicate Pink, Tickle and Daydreamer'.

I have to say my favourite by far is Daydreamer which is a light pink/brown colour in my opinion which once applied is just so beautiful, I seriously cannot get enough of it at the moment and I have to say it has replaced my Revlon Lip Butter on a day to day basis. I do think that these can be applied as sheer as you like or they can be built up as much as you like depending on the type of coverage you're looking for. They’re not sticky in the slightest which is for me is a huge relief as I hate sticky lip glosses or anything like that. These have much more of a glossy finish to them compared to the Revlon Kissable Balm Stains, I'd say that they are indeed a bit more like the Revlon Lip Butters in that respect, it sure is love guys!

Even though Daydreamer is my favourite I opted for Delicate Pink for the purpose of the review, I really do like this one too, it is a lovely pop of colour that is not too bright, wonderful for every day.I should have smiled more but crikey, smiling made that one eyebrow reach heights it shouldn't! If you do have a look at these online please be aware that the colour examples are wrong, it's really best to pop into your local store to see them.

    1. Yes I like the Revlon ones, they're definitely more 'lipstick' compared to these as I find that these are more glossy but not sticky xx

  4. Ooh, these look great! The texture seems lovely and I like that they're somewhere between sheer and opaque. Tickle looks like a perfect orange/coral shade for summer! xo

Your blog is looking lovely, can I ask if you designed it yourself, and if not, who did it?
    Hope you're well lovely.
