Guest Post - Bioderma Hydrabio H2O Micelle Solution

Bioderma Hydrabio H20 Micelle Solution

Hi my name is Gemma and I blog over at Miss Makeup Magpie, and I'm really excited to be guest posting for Amy as I love her blog so much. I really hope you like my post...

When Escentual had their French Pharmacy Skincare event back in June, I took advantage and ordered quite a few skincare products which I shared in my Escentual Skincare Haul. I am a massive fan of the Bioderma Sensibio H2O and have used it religiously for nearly two and half years to remove my makeup, and I just love how quick, easy and effective it is at makeup removal. When I saw that the Bioderma Hydrabio H2O was included in the offer, I decided it was the perfect time to give it a try as it's designed for those who suffer from dehydration, so I thought that it might be better suited for my dry skin than the original version.

I can't say that I find the original Bioderma to be particularly drying, but I was interested to see how the Hydrabio would compare. Just like the original, the Hydrabio H2O dissolves my makeup extremely quickly.. even the most stubborn of mascaras (especially Benefit's They're Real! mascara). However the biggest difference I've noticed, is that it leaves my skin so much softer and almost as if it's been moisturised by using it. It also feels a little more gentle, especially when used on my eyes as it doesn't sting whatsoever. I still love the Bioderma Sensibio but the Hydrabio really is better for my skin, and I've noticed that my skin is looking less dry than it used to, which I love. If you have dry and/or dehydrated skin, I'd really recommend trying this more moisturising formula as it helps the skin to retain moisture throughout the day, and leaves the skin a lot more supple which is ideal as we head into central heating season.
