Guest Post - Favourite Lush Bubble Bars

Favourite Lush Bubble Bars

Hello all you lovely readers of A Little Boat Sailing! I'm Latasha, I blog over at Today I Adore, and it's a pleasure to be guest posting for Amy as her gorgeous blog is one of my all-time favourites! Today I'm going to be singing Lush's praises, as usual, and talking about two of my most loved bubble bars...

First up, somewhat of a classic and constant repurchase for me, The Rose Jam Bubbleroon. It's a Macaroon-ish shaped bubble bar that shares the same scent as the Rose Jam shower gel and Ro's Argan Body Conditioner. All three are completely dreamy for you rose-scented lovers. It smells absolutely heavenly, like the most delicious floral rose jam and a hit of sweetness in there to level it out. As with all bubble bars, split this one in half and you will have a silky-soft bath with lots of bubbles and a bathroom that smells like a jar of jam.

A new favourite of mine has to be The Comforter. Its swirly companion, Blue Skies & Fluffy White Clouds is much more on the sleep-inducing side of things, whereas The Comforter gives you a big hug with blackcurrant bubbles. It's more fruity, but there's definitely a sweet side in there too, along with a little citrus. A must-sniff when you're next in store, I can't resist the candy pink water and addictive scent!

Have you tried either of these bubble bars? What are your favourites?

  1. The Comforter sounds beautiful! I've never tried Lush's bubble bars as I don't tend to take baths but this is kinda making me want to :)

  4. Despite being a huge Lush fan I've not actually tried either of these. I'm not a huge rose fan but The Comforter sounds right up my street!

  8. I love The Comforter so much! I'd always smelt it in store and thought about picking it up but never did until I went to Bristol for a long weekend. I used it in a couple of baths there and boy it's amazing! I still have some left over to use when I'm feeling a little under the weather.

Such a gorgeous bubble bar and I recommend everyone to try it! :D
